Google +1 Sharing image

In the classic case of putting the cart before the horse, Google has just announced that its +1 button for websites finally works with Google+. That means that any webpage you give a “plus” to will be shared in your Google+ profile.

In July, the +1 button crossed 2 billion daily views, prompting Google to make the button capable of sharing content with Google+ circles. Additionally, Google has made the button even faster.

With these changes, simply +1 a page as usual and look for the new “Share on Google+” option. From there you can comment, choose a circle and share. Simple as that.

Whenever you share content from the +1 button, you’ll also notice that Google will automatically include a link, an image and a description in the sharebox. These are called “+snippets,” and they’re a great way to jump-start conversations with the people you care about.
